** PRESCRIPTION ORDERING

We are no longer accepting prescription orders over the telephone.  You can order your prescription online via the NHS app, sign up with a local pharmacy to order your prescriptions or you can post your order in the prescription ordering box in our waiting area.

**ONLINE APPOINTMENTS

Please note we have temporarily suspended our access to online booking appointments, this is so our staff can triage calls and face to face consultation requests for those who need it most and to not put others at risk**

NHS England Guidance on Over the Counter Medicines

Prescribing of over the counter medicines has changed.

Your GP, nurse or pharmacist will not generally give you a prescription for over the counter medicines for a range of minor health concerns.

Instead, over the counter medicines are available to buy in a pharmacy or supermarket in your local community.

The team of health professionals at your local pharmacy can offer help and clinical advice to manage minor health concerns and if your symptoms suggest it’s more serious, they’ll ensure you get the care you need.

Please help the NHS to use resources sensibly.
